  • Acrylic foam tapes image
    Acrylic Foam Tapes

3M™ Acrylic Foam Tapes and Acrylic Plus Foam Tapes are go-to solutions for automotive sealing. These tapes have been developed specifically for attaching exterior trim and other parts to automotive paint surfaces. Conformable, viscoelastic foam cores provide excellent stress relaxation under high application loads and maintain tight bond lines under normal conditions. These viscoelastic properties allow the tapes to compensate for tolerances, provide uniform force distribution and help balance out thermal expansion – all critical for maintaining reliable seals.
